IMS works closely for Pall Industrial Hydraulics in developing instruments for specific customer requirements.

One such development is the Pall PCC502, a specifically designed cleanliness cabinet for the precision machining industry. The system is fully computer controlled and allows an operator to manually rinse a component, whilst the unit uses a newly patented method to analyse the particles in the wash fluid. This optimises the flushing procedure and vastly improves quality control over component finish. The PCC was developed in conjunction with the new ISO2 standard.
