The Pall PCMA079 is designed to make the
measurement and reporting of contamination levels in water based fluids
simple, rapid and accurate.
The unit is designed to be portable and is
mounted on lockable casters to facilitate easy transportation between
measurement points or workstations. A unique design allows the
measurement system within the monitor to operate at low pressure whilst
permitting a wide range of test points to be tapped by virtue of the integral
pressure reducing valve. Machine control is simple, and utilises ‘user friendly’
software through a touch-screen interface on the upper side of the unit. The
monitor is battery operated and has an integral mains charger. The monitor
is of stainless steel construction and has environmental protection ratings.
Data gathered during test cycles is analysed by an on-board computer and
stored in both graphical and spreadsheet format for trend analysis.
Contamination data is reported for particles in the size ranges >50µm and
>200µm.
